  • Geeta Bhawan students were  invited to participate in the yearly celebration of Bihar Military Police at Bihar Sharif where they presented National anthem and Dance Drama 'Chandalika' in Hindi
  • National Anthern was presented to honour the incoming Chief Justice of Patna High Court.
  • Participated in Vaishali Mahotsava on being invited by State Government and
    presented 'Chandalika1 in Hindi besides Folk Nritya of different States of India.
  • On being invited by Government of Bihar, students and teachers of Geeta Bhawan during national Integration day at Jamshedpur on 24th May and presented 'Chandalika1 in Hindi and Folk Dance of India at Kasidih Community Center and Bagbera Community Center and other places. It was widely appreciated.
  • 'Bhanusinghere padawali1 was presented in Aug. 1990 on being invited by ISCON during Janamasthami at Patna.
  • Represented Bihar State in 'Bharat Utsav, 1990' Kozikode in Kerela in the month of February 199Q.We presented Folk Dance of Bihar &Tagore's "Chandilika" in Hindi.
    This function was conducted by government of Kerala jointly with government of   India on the occasion of Onam Festival.
  • Geeta Bhawan stood second in Folk Dance competition conducted by cultural
    department of Bihar Government.
  • On being invited by Government of Bihar, during Interstate cultural meet our
    students and teachers of Geeta Bhawan toured Bangalore, Gulbarga, Sahejbad and
    Bidar in Karnataka from 8th to 22nd February. We presented there Folk Dances of Bihar and Tagore's 'Bhanusighere padawali'.
  • Our students went to Kishanganj for musical presentation.

  • From Aug. 1993 to Aug. 1994 they conducted programmes 'Basanto Bidai', Riturango, Chandalika etc.
  • 5th October, 1995 students and teachers of Geeta Bhawan presented 'Mahisasur Mardini. this presentation was greatly appreciated by entire Patna audience. Patna Kalibari invited us for a repeat performance.
  • The students and teachers had conducted special programme namely "Abar
    Abogunthan Kholo* & collected about Rs. 5000/- as partial medical expenses for the treatment of Smt. Nilima Sen a reputed singer of Rabindra Sangeet and one of the founder member of Geeta Bhawan. She is no more with us, but she will be foundly remembered by the members of Rabindra Parishad & students, teachers of Geeta Bhawan for her association with us. We pray peace for her pious soul.
  • The competition conducted by 'Creator' Patna in Inter School Dance competition our
    students secured 1st position.
  •  It is   worth mentioning that students of Geeta Bhawan were invited by Dakhinee of
    Kolkata to participate in their Golden Jubilee Celebration and presented 'Aaj Sravoner
    Aamantrane' based on Tagore's peoms and Dances at Kala Mandir in Aug./Sep., 1998 which was widely appreciated by Kolkata audience.
  • Whole night celebration of Varsha Shesh by Kolkata, Patna artists along with
    students teachers of Geeta Bhawan.
  • 14th April,  2002 Varsha Shesh was celebrated in a befitting manner.
  • 26th April, 2003 Shayma  was  staged  by students  &  teachers  of Geeta Bhawan.
  • Memorial service of Late Kanika Bandopadhyay, a great disciple of Kaviguru, on 21st April. We pray peace for her pious soul.
  • Celebration of Geeta Bhawan day on 9th August, 2004 by students and teachers.
  • 9th May, 2004 They   persented   'Matir   Dakay',   a   Nritya   Geet Programme.
  • Our students and Kolkata artists jointly presented Dance Drama 'Panch Kanya'.
  • 14th April, 2005 was celebrated as 'Varsha Shesh1 and 'Varsha Baran1 which was mainly presented by our students.
  • 14th April, 2006 we presented 'Sonar Bangla' jointly with invited local artists. Presentation of Rabindranath, Kazi Nazrul Islam and Dwijendra Lai Ray's songs on 'Basanto' was largely appreciated and on the request of Patna Kalibari wes stagea the programme again.
    On 9th May, 2006, 145th Birthday celebration was inaugurated by Hon'ble Chief Justice of Patna High Court Dr. J. N. Bhatt. Hon'ble Chief Minister Bihar Sri Nitish Kumar inaugurated the newly built 1st Floor of Geeta Bhawan building. Sri Sushil Kumar Modi, Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister presided over this function.
    On 25th May, 2006 during the 146th Birthday celebration of Tagore 'Shishu Bholanath was presented through Dance and Songs - all by student and teachers of Geeta Bhawan. On 26th May students of Geeta Bhawan and artists of Kolkata jointly presented a Dance Drama 'Mayar Khela'.
    During Rabindra Sangeet and Nritya Natya Sammelan 2006 at Rabindra Bhawan. Patna students and teachers of Geeta Bhawan presented the Dance Drama 'Chitrangada
    Geeta Bhawan presents "Tasher Desh" on 6th August, 1996 on the occasion of Rabindra Dance-Drama festival organised by Rabindra Parishad from 01.08.1996 to 09.08.1996.
    During Varsha Shesh programme on 14th April, 2007 students of Geeta Bhawan along with teachers presented the Dance Drama 'Basanto1 through Songs and Dances.
    On the occasion of Golden Jubilee of Geeta Bhawan present various competitions and musical programme including Dance-Drama from 2nd August to 3Qth August 2007, the details of the programme are mentioned in the Souvenir. On the occasion we respectfully remember and salute the founders of Geeta Bhawan and the members of Rabindra Parishad for their untiring and tireless work for its continuous betterment.
    Now I want to place some facts without which history of Geeta Bhawan remain*] incomplete. We do remember with reverence the unstinted support and guidance offerer by the under noted persons in the management of Geeta Bhawan in various ways. Many of these persons are no longer with us now. Dr. Shorodendu Mohan Ghosal, Justice Hemantd Kumar chaudhary, Mani Sen, Dipendra Nath Sarkar, Vivek Mustafi, Laxmi Narayan Pal, Difin Kumar Sinha, Ranjit Sinha, Santosh Kumar Majumdar, Parijat Sen, Jayanta Biswas, Gopa-j Mahapatra, Dr. Yogmaya Sen, Dr. Jogesh Banerjee, Prafulla Sarkar,Tarun Kumar Mukherji Prabhu Mukherjee, Raghu Mukherjee, Nani Gopal chatterjee, Ardhendu Bhattacharya, Sar Kumar Sinha, Deepak Burman, Arun Kumar Das Gupta, Hiten Roy & others.
